Copy CTM Lead Mappings to Accounts User Guide (CRM)

The new Copy from Lead Mapping tool lets you copy your CTM Lead field mappings into the Account mapping in one pass — confirm which Account field each one lands on, and the tool fills in the matching CTM field automatically.

1. Before You Start

You will need:

● An administrator login for your CRM.

● An active CTM (CallTrackingMetrics) integration on your instance.

● At least one existing Lead calling-field mapping. The copy tool uses your Lead mappings as the starting point — if there are none, there is nothing to copy.

Access requirements: This tool lives on the CTM integration settings screen, which is available to administrators. If you can open Settings → Integrations → CTM Settings, you have access.

If you don't see the CTM settings or the Copy from Lead Mapping button, contact Dazos support to confirm the CTM integration is enabled for your instance.

2. Open the CTM Calling Field Mappings

1. From the CRM, go to Settings → Integrations → CTM Settings.

2. Make sure the CTM tab is selected at the top.

3. Open the calling-field mapping view. You'll see two panels side by side:

Panel

What it controls

Calling Fields (left)

How CTM call fields map onto your Leads

Accounts Fields Mapping (right)

How CTM call fields map onto your Accounts

Each panel has its own Mapped Fields list showing what is already mapped.

3. Open "Copy from Lead Mapping"

In the Accounts Fields Mapping panel, click the Copy from Lead Mapping button. A

window opens with two sides:

Side

What it shows

Left — Leads Mappings

A read-only list of every Lead mapping (Lead field → CTM field)

Right — Accounts Mappings

A staging area where the rows you select line up, ready for you to choose the Account field

4. Choose Which Lead Mappings to Copy

On the left side, tick the checkbox next to each Lead mapping you want to copy. Use Select All at the top to choose every row at once.

● Each row you tick instantly appears on the right side as a new staging row.

● The CTM field is filled in for you automatically and cannot be changed — it is the shared value that carries across.

● The counter at the top of the right side (for example, "(4 selected)") shows how many rows you have staged.

● To drop a row, untick it on the left or click the × next to it on the right.

5. Pick the Account Field for Each Row

For every staged row on the right, choose the matching Account field from the dropdown. The dropdown is searchable — start typing to filter.

Behavior

What to expect

Automatic suggestion No match found

If an Account field has the exact same name as the Lead field, it is pre-selected for you. You can always change it.

The Account field is left blank. You must pick one before copying.

Always editable

Even a pre-filled suggestion can be changed — nothing is locked in until you copy.

6. Copy and Confirm

When every row has an Account field selected, click Copy Selected.

● Each new mapping is added to the Accounts Mapped Fields list immediately.

● A confirmation message tells you how many mappings were copied.

● If a row's Account field is still blank, the tool stops and tells you exactly which one needs attention.

● If any row can't be saved, the window stays open and names the rows that failed, so you can fix and try again. Rows that were saved successfully are cleared from the list, so a retry only re-sends what's left.

7. How the Copy Works

Copying adds new entries to your Accounts mapping that behave exactly as if you had typed them in by hand:

● Only the CTM field is carried over from the Lead mapping. The Account field is the one you chose. ● Your Lead mappings are never modified — the left side is read-only.

● The new Account mappings take effect on incoming calls just like any other Account mapping, populating the matching Account records.

Custom fields are shown by their friendly label (for example, a field named internally appears as its real label) in both the copy window and the Mapped Fields lists, so the screen is easier to read.
