The application footer now displays the current year automatically — no manual update is needed when a new year begins. Administrators only need to maintain their company name in the Theme settings; iCampaign handles the year on its own.

5. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Before You Start
You will need:
An active iCampaign account
Administrator role with access to Theme settings
Access requirements: Any workspace administrator can update the company name in Theme settings. The footer change is visible to all users on every page.
If the Theme option is not visible in your Settings menu, contact Dazos support to verify your account permissions.
2. Where the Copyright Appears
The copyright line is displayed at the bottom of every page in iCampaign. After this update, it reads: Copyright © 2026 <Your Company Name>. All rights reserved
The year updates automatically each January 1st — you will never need to edit it manually again.
3. Updating Your Company Name
To change the company name shown in the copyright line, navigate to Settings → Theme in the left hand menu.
1. Scroll down to the Global Settings Options section and click it to expand.
2. Locate the copyright preview row — it shows the full copyright line as it will appear in the footer.
3. The Company Name field is in the centre of the row, between the static year prefix and the ". All rights reserved" suffix.
Field | Description | Example |
Company Name | The name that appears after the copyright year in the footer. Enter only the company name — do not include the year or "All rights reserved". | Acme Corp |
4. Edit the Company Name field with your organisation's name.
5. Click Update Settings at the bottom of the page to save.
Tip: The preview row shows exactly how the footer will look — Copyright © 2026 [Your Name] . All rights reserved — before you save.
4. How the Copyright Line Is Built
The footer copyright is assembled from two parts:
Part | Source | Who controls it |
Year (e.g. 2026 ) | System clock — updates automatically each year | iCampaign (automatic) |
Company name (e.g. Acme Corp ) | Company Name field in Theme → Global Settings Options | Your administrator |
You no longer need to include a year or year range in the Company Name field. If your setting previously contained a value like 2018–2025 Acme Corp , the system has already cleaned that up — the field now contains only the company name.
Important: Do not type the year into the Company Name field. The year is inserted automatically by iCampaign; typing it manually would cause it to appear twice (e.g. Copyright © 2026 2026 Acme Corp ).
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to do anything every January to update the year? No. The year updates automatically. You only need to set the company name once.
Q: My footer still shows an old year range like "2018–2025". What happened? The system ran an automatic update when this change was deployed. If you still see an old value, open Theme → Global Settings Options, clear the year range from the Company Name field (leave only the company name), and click Update Settings.
Q: Can I customise the format, for example "© 2026 Acme Corp. All Rights Reserved"? Not at this time. The format is fixed as Copyright © [year] [Company Name]. All rights reserved . Only the company name is editable.
Q: The copyright shows a different company name than expected. How do I fix it? Go to Settings → Theme → Global Settings Options, update the Company Name field, and click Update Settings. Changes take effect immediately on the next page load.
Q: Will this change affect my campaigns or emails? No. The copyright line only appears in the iCampaign admin footer. It has no effect on campaigns, emails, subscribers, or any other feature.
Q: I have multiple workspaces. Does each workspace have its own company name? Yes. Each workspace can have its own Theme settings, including its own company name. Switch workspaces using the workspace selector in the top navigation bar, then update the Theme settings for each one as needed.
