Average OON Reimbursement Per State Missing from Instant VOBs
This guide helps you identify and resolve an issue where the average out-of-network (OON) reimbursement per state section is no longer visible on your Instant VOBs in Dazos CRM.
Symptom / Error
You may experience the following:
The average OON reimbursement per state section is no longer appearing on any Instant VOB
The section — which normally appears as the 4th dropdown on every Instant VOB — is completely missing
The issue affects all Instant VOBs across your account, not just individual records
Cause
This is a system-level issue that can cause the average OON reimbursement per state section to stop displaying on Instant VOBs. It is not caused by a user configuration change and cannot be resolved through CRM settings alone.
This feature has not been removed from the platform — if it is missing, it requires investigation and restoration by the Dazos support team.
Solution
Because this is a system-level issue, there are no self-service steps to restore this feature. You will need to contact Dazos Support so the team can investigate and resolve the issue on your account.
Escalation
Contact Dazos Support if:
The average OON reimbursement per state dropdown section is missing from all of your Instant VOBs
The 4th dropdown on Instant VOBs is not visible and you have not made any recent configuration changes
When submitting your support request, it is helpful to include:
A description of when you first noticed the section was missing
A screenshot of an Instant VOB showing where the section should appear
Confirmation that the issue affects all VOBs, not just a single record
