How to Complete Sending Domain Verification Using the Check Status Button (iCampaign)

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Access to your iCampaign account

  • DNS records already added or updated at your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap)

  • Permission to access Settings in iCampaign

Steps

  1. Log in to iCampaign. Use your standard account credentials to sign in.

  2. Navigate to Settings. From the left sidebar, go to Settings and then open Sending Domains. Locate the domain that is still showing a pending verification status.

  3. Click the 'Check Status' button. A message will appear indicating which information or fields are still missing or incomplete. Review this message carefully to identify exactly what needs to be addressed.

  4. Complete any missing required fields. Follow the guidance in the message to fill in all required information. This may include account details or configuration fields that have not yet been completed in iCampaign.

  5. Click 'Check Status' again. Once all required fields have been filled in correctly, click Check Status a second time. Verification will happen automatically at this point — no additional manual steps are needed.

Result

After completing these steps, your sending domain will be verified automatically. You will no longer see a pending verification status for the domain in iCampaign Settings.

💡 Tip: If your DNS records were recently updated, allow up to 24–48 hours for propagation before clicking Check Status. If verification still does not complete after that window, the Check Status message will indicate which specific information remains missing so you can address it directly.

⚠️ Important: Simply updating DNS records at your domain registrar is not always enough to complete verification. There may also be required fields within iCampaign itself that need to be filled in. The Check Status message will tell you exactly what is still needed.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, contact Dazos Support with your domain name and a description of the status shown, and our team will be happy to assist.
