Open your workflow in the Workflow Builder. Navigate to the workflow you want to configure or create a new one targeting the Intake Opportunities or Leads module.

Add or locate your field update action. In the workflow's action step where you want to store the campaign name, look for the field selection options.

Select the Campaign Source field — not the Campaign field. The Campaign field has an 11-character limit, which is too short for most campaign names. This limit is due to the Campaign field being a relation/reference field type. Instead, choose the Campaign Source field, which is a standard text field with no such character restriction.

Enter your full campaign name. Type your complete campaign name into the Campaign Source field value (for example, Google My Business - Paola). You will not encounter the 11-character limit when using this field.

Save your workflow. Complete your workflow configuration and save your changes.

Duplicate for additional campaigns (optional). If you need to create similar workflows for other campaigns, you can duplicate this workflow and update the Campaign Source value and conditions as needed. The Campaign Source field will continue to accept full campaign names in all duplicated workflows.
