Overview
You can now bring the information your team enters in CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) — including the fields in CTM's Score section, such as Note Actions — directly into your CRM. Once mapped, those values flow automatically into your Lead or Account records, with no manual re-entry.
Before You Begin
You'll need:
Administrator access to your CRM's Settings area.
Your CTM account connected in the CRM (Account Id, Token, and Secret saved).
A CRM field ready to receive each value you want to map — if one doesn't exist yet, create it first (a text field is the safest choice).
Access requirements: The mapping screens live under CRM Settings, so only users with Settings access can configure them.
⚠️ Important: Scoring usually happens after a call ends. For scored values to reach the CRM, your CTM account needs a webhook that fires when sales/score data is updated. If you're not sure this is set up, contact Dazos support before testing.
Understanding the Score Section
In CTM, the "Score" area you see on a call is a panel, not a single field. That panel holds your account's custom fields — for example Note Actions, Quality Score, or MH Qualified.
Those custom fields are what you map into the CRM. Each one is mapped individually to a CRM field of your choice on either the Lead or the Account.
Steps
1. Open the CTM Settings
From the CRM, navigate to Settings → CRM Settings → Integrations → VOIP Settings → CTM.
Confirm your CTM account block shows your Account Id, Token, and Secret.
Click Test Connection to confirm the credentials work.
Click Map Calling Fields to open the mapping screen.
💡 Tip: The custom fields list in the mapping dropdown comes directly from your CTM account. If your credentials are missing or wrong, the dropdown still works but will only show the standard CTM fields — no custom fields.
2. Map a Custom Field to a Lead Field
The mapping screen is a single page with two expandable sections. Leads Fields Mapping is open by default; click a section's header to expand or collapse it.
Field | Description | Example |
Lead Fields | The CRM field on the Lead that will receive the data | Notes |
CTM Field | The CTM field the value comes from — custom fields are marked "(Custom Field)" | Note Actions (Custom Field) |
In the Lead Fields dropdown, choose the CRM field that should receive the data.
Open the CTM Field dropdown and search for your custom field by name. Custom fields appear with "(Custom Field)" after their name.
Select the field — for example Note Actions (Custom Field) — and click Save.
The new mapping appears in the Mapped Fields table below.
3. Map to an Account Field (Optional)
Scroll down and click the Accounts Fields Mapping header to expand it.
Choose the Account field and the CTM field the same way you did for Leads.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: If you've already built your Lead mappings, the Copy from Lead Mapping button can prefill the Account mappings for you.
4. Verify Your Mapping
Place a test call through CTM.
In CTM, fill in the Score section (for example, enter a value in Note Actions) and save the score.
Open the matching Lead (or Account) in the CRM and check that your mapped field shows the value from CTM.
The record's Updates tab shows when the field was filled in.
