Overview
Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) can pass UTM values to Dazos CRM Lead records. Once the mapping is in place, the UTM values CTM captures during a visitor's session fill in the matching fields on the Lead — for both tracked phone calls and CTM form submissions. Dazos Support sets up this mapping for you.
Field Mapping
CTM parameter | Dazos CRM Lead field |
utm_source | UTM Source |
utm_medium | UTM Medium |
utm_campaign | UTM Campaign |
utm_term (Keyword) | UTM Term |
utm_content (Ad Group) | UTM Content |
How to Request the Mapping
Contact Dazos Support and list the UTM fields you want mapped (for example: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content).
Include a few CTM call examples where the UTMs are filled in. Support uses them to find the exact field names CTM sends, which makes the setup faster.
Wait for Support to confirm the mapping is complete.
How to Check the Mapping in Dazos (Administrators)
Go to Settings → CRM Settings.
In the settings menu on the right, open Integrations → VOIP Settings.
Make sure the CTM tab is selected and click Map Calling Fields.
Under Leads Fields Mapping, scroll to the Mapped Fields list and confirm that UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Campaign, UTM Term and UTM Content appear with their CTM field.
Important Notes
UTM fields only fill in when CTM captures UTMs. Leads without UTMs — for example, calls to static numbers or direct traffic — will have these fields blank. This is expected.
New leads only. The mapping applies from the moment it is set up. Existing Lead records are not updated.
This mapping is for Leads. Mapping the same values to Accounts is a separate mapping.
Verify after setup. Review the next few leads from your campaigns. If the UTM fields aren't filling in as expected, contact Dazos Support with a CTM call example where the UTMs are present.
