Overview
Admins sometimes need to find out who added or changed a Treatment Program or NPI number in Settings, and when they did it. These are Settings-level changes, so they don't show up in the Updates tab of a CRM record. That tab only tracks edits made to individual records inside the modules. Treatment Program and NPI changes are recorded in the Dazos Logger under the Audit Reports service. Each entry shows the user who made the change, the timestamp, and a before-and-after comparison of the fields that changed. This article shows how to find and review those entries.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Admin access to Dazos CRM Settings
Access to the Dazos Logger under Other Settings (if the menu item is not visible, contact Dazos Support to confirm your role permissions)
Steps
Navigate to the Dazos Logger: Go to Settings → Other Settings → Dazos Logger.
Filter by Service — Audit Reports: In the filter bar, set the Service filter to Audit Reports. This narrows the log list to configuration-level audit entries, which is where Treatment Program changes are recorded.
Apply additional filters if needed: Use other available filters — such as date range or user — to quickly narrow down the specific change you are looking for. Click the Filter (magnifying-glass) icon to apply. Click the Reset (eraser) icon to clear all filters and return to the default view.
Locate the relevant log entry: Look through the filtered results for entries with messages such as "Treatment program updated." Each row shows the timestamp and a summary of what changed.
Open the log detail: Click the icon on the relevant row and select View details. The detail panel shows:
The user who made the change
The timestamp of the change
A before and after comparison of the values that were modified
Result
After completing these steps, you will be able to see exactly which user added or modified a Treatment Program or NPI number in Settings, along with the timestamp and the old and new values for any fields that were changed.
Important: Treatment Program changes are tracked in the Dazos Logger — not in the Updates tab on CRM records. The Updates tab only tracks changes made to individual records inside the CRM modules. Settings-level changes, such as Treatment Programs and NPI numbers, are always logged in the Dazos Logger under Audit Reports.
