What We Know
The following details about iConnect are confirmed in our documentation:
iConnect is an AI Agent available within the Dazos CRM.
It includes an automatic Lead-to-Account conversion feature that eliminates the need to manually click the Convert Lead button.
The automatic conversion feature is off by default and must be enabled by an administrator in Settings → Integrations → AI Agent Settings.
Once enabled and at least one rule is saved, the system automatically converts qualifying Leads into Accounts (with a Contact and Opportunity) when the configured criteria are met.
What Is Not Yet Confirmed
The following information is not available in current documentation and cannot be confirmed by Fin or general support:
Whether iConnect is included in all Dazos subscription plans or requires a separate purchase
Whether the automatic Lead-to-Account conversion feature carries a per-use or per-conversion fee
Whether iConnect is offered as a paid add-on module
⚠️ Important: Do not present iConnect's pricing status to a client as confirmed until you have received a definitive answer from the Dazos sales or account management team.
What to Do Before Recommending iConnect to a Client
Do not assume pricing: the absence of pricing information in our documentation does not confirm that iConnect is free or included by default.
Contact the Dazos Sales or Account Management team to get a confirmed answer on whether iConnect is included in the client's current plan or requires an upgrade or add-on purchase.
Once pricing is confirmed, you can confidently present iConnect's automatic Lead-to-Account conversion as a solution for clients who want to remove the manual Convert Lead step from their admissions workflow.
When to Contact Support or Sales
Reach out to the appropriate internal team if:
A client or prospect is asking whether iConnect is included in their subscription
You need to quote iConnect as part of a solution proposal
A client wants to enable the automatic Lead-to-Account conversion feature and you need to confirm there are no additional costs before proceeding
