Dazos IQ vs. Dazos CRM: Understanding the Separate Login Pages

Overview

Dazos IQ and Dazos CRM are two separate products with two separate login pages and different URLs. If you are prompted to enter a verification code when trying to log in, you are most likely on the Dazos IQ login page — not the CRM login page. This article explains the differences between the two login experiences and how to make sure you are accessing the right product.

Key Concepts

  • Dazos CRM: A separate product with its own login page. CRM login does not require a verification code. It is accessed via a customer-specific URL in the format: https://[instance].dazoshealth.com/crm/

  • Dazos IQ: A separate product with its own login page. IQ login uses a verification code sent to your email or phone as part of its authentication process.

  • Verification code prompt: If you see a prompt asking for a verification code, this is a sign that you are on the IQ login page, not the CRM login page.

How It Works

Because IQ and CRM are distinct products, they each have their own dedicated login URL. There is no shared login portal between the two. When a user attempts to log in to the CRM but visits the IQ login page by mistake, the verification code prompt can cause confusion — especially since CRM login does not use this step at all.

To access the Dazos CRM, use your organization's specific CRM URL, which follows this format:

Replace [instance] with your organization's unique identifier. For example, if your organization's instance name is eosis, your CRM login URL would be:

If you are unsure of your organization's CRM URL, contact your Dazos account administrator or reach out to Dazos Support.

Important Notes

If you see a verification code prompt, you are on the IQ login page. Close that page and navigate directly to your organization's CRM URL (https://[instance].dazoshealth.com/crm/) to access the Dazos CRM instead.

The CRM login does not require a verification code. If you are ever asked for one while trying to access the CRM, double-check that you are using the correct CRM URL.

If you are unsure which product you need to access, or if you do not know your CRM URL, contact Dazos Support for assistance.
