How to Open a Report or Workflow in a New Tab (CRM)

Overview

You can open a report or a workflow in a new browser tab, so you can keep your list open and work with several items at once.

Before you begin, make sure you have access to Reports or Workflows in Dazos CRM.

Open a report in a new tab

  1. Click Reports in the left menu.

  2. Find the report you want and click the info icon (i) on the left side of its row.

  3. In the menu that appears:

    • Click the new tab icon ↗ next to Details to open the report in a new tab.

    • Click the new tab icon ↗ next to Edit to open the report's editor in a new tab.

⚠️ Tip: The same menu also has Delete, right below Details. Be careful not to click it by mistake.

Open a workflow in a new tab

  1. Go to Settings → Automation → Workflows.

  2. Find the workflow you want and click the new tab icon ↗ at the start of its row, next to the checkbox.
    ​

Result

The report or workflow opens in a new browser tab, and your list stays open in the original tab.

Note: Right-clicking a report or workflow name and choosing "Open in New Tab" isn't supported. Use the icons described above instead.
