How Do Agents Manage Records from a List View in Dazos CRM?

Mass Editing Records

Certain record and field types allow you to mass edit them from a list view. This means that rather than opening each record individually, you can work through many all at once.

To mass edit your list, first check the box of the records you’d like to select (or select all with the uppermost checkbox), then click on the yellow edit icon '

' on the left side of your list view. If you have the appropriate permissions, this will modify your view to show all editable fields. Ensure that you save your work after updating the relevant data.

Editing Single Records

Double click on any editable field from your list view, and you’ll have the ability to edit all columns shown in the list view without having to navigate into the record itself. Make sure to click the green check box

Quick Access to Records

Click on any part of the record row to open the record in a new tab if there’s a need to review a record on a deeper level.

Also consider clicking the star

and marking a record as a favorite

so that you can apply a favorites filter to your list to quickly see frequently accessed records.
