1. Begin by navigating to your company's specific Dazos CRM instance or utilizing your designated login link.
2. Click on the "Enter Legacy ID" field and input the corresponding Legacy ID. This unique identifier links the EMR record to its CRM counterpart.
3. Click on the "Enter EMR Provider Name" field and accurately input the name of the Insurance Provider as it appears in your EMR system (e.g., Sunwave).
4. Click on "Matching CRM" and then locate and select the specific Insurance Policy within your CRM that you wish to map to the EMR provider.
5. Crucial Tip for Accurate Mapping:
Ensure that you do not map the same payer in our CRM to multiple payers inside of the EMR. For example, do NOT map "BCBS of NM" to "BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD" in our system if you have already mapped it to another BCBS policy. The names must be unique inside the CRM and EMR for accurate data integrity. This may necessitate some initial configuration to the payer code picklist within your CRM to precisely suit your organization's needs.
