How to Map New EMR Treatment Programs - Post EMR integration (CRM)

Connect new EMR treatment programs to your CRM to ensure data synchronization.

Updated over 3 months ago

Before You Begin

  • Ensure the new program has already been created in your EMR (e.g., Alleva).

  • Verify you have Admin permissions in Dazos CRM.

  • Confirm the corresponding Treatment Program exists in the CRM settings to allow for successful mapping.

1. Navigate to your Dazos login page: Enter your credentials to access your specific Dazos CRM instance.

2. Click "Settings" from the left modules panel: Locate the gear icon or the "Settings" label in the sidebar navigation to open the configuration area.

3. In the configuration menu, select Integration > EMR Settings.

4. From the left panel, select the "Integration" option: This will open the sub-menu where third-party platform connections are managed.

5. Then, go to the "EMR Settings": Click this specific tab to view the active integration details between your EMR and the CRM.

6. Click "Alleva" from the EMR integration panel: Select your specific provider (Alleva) from the list of EMR platforms displayed in the center of the screen.

7. Click "Test Connection": Use this button to refresh the link between systems; this ensures the CRM can "see" any recently added programs in the EMR.

8. Click "Add": This creates a new empty row at the bottom of the mapping list for your new program entry.

9. Click the dropdown menu from the match EMR treatment programs: Open the list on the left side of the new row to display all programs currently pulled from your EMR.

10. From the dropdown menu click on the one that corresponds the most: Identify and select the specific new treatment program you need to map.

11. Then, click on the matching CRM from the right panel: Move to the right side of the same row to prepare the CRM-side assignment.

12. Select the option that correlates to the EMR: Choose the internal CRM treatment program that should receive the data from the EMR program selected in Step 10.

13. Click "Save" to finish the process: Finalize the mapping to ensure the systems start communicating for that specific program immediately.

Verification / Expected Result

The new program mapping will now appear in your list of active integrations. Data from the EMR for this program should now sync correctly with the corresponding CRM records.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors

  • Program Not Found: If the EMR program doesn't appear in the dropdown, repeat Step 7 to force a fresh data sync.

  • Saving Errors: Ensure that both the EMR and CRM dropdowns have a value selected before clicking Save.
