2. Once logged in, locate and click on "Settings," typically found in the main navigation or administrative panel.

3. Within the Settings menu, select "CRM Settings." This will direct you to the administrative configurations specific to your CRM.
4. Under CRM Settings, click on "Module Management." This section provides tools for overseeing your CRM's various modules.
5. Within Module Management, click on "Module Tables." This will display a list of customizable tables associated with your CRM modules.
6. From the list of module tables, locate and select the "Substances of Abuse" option. This will open the configuration for this specific picklist.
7. Uncheck the "Use global picklist" option. This action ensures that you can define custom options for this specific instance, rather than relying on a universal list.
8. Locate the designated input area (often labeled "Add Options" or similar) and click there to begin listing your desired substances. Enter each substance, separating them with a comma (e.g., "ETOH, Marijuana, Cocaine").
9. After defining your custom substances, you will then be able to directly click on "Add Substance of Abuse" within the relevant module table to select from your newly defined options.
