Customizing survey content allows teams to refine data collection methods, improve engagement, and adapt surveys to new organizational needs.

Before You Begin
• Access to your Dazos CRM instance
• Appropriate permissions to manage modules and fields

Steps

1. Open your preferred web browser and go to the unique web address (URL) for your CRM system.

2. Once you are logged in, locate and click on the "Settings" option.

3. Within the broader "Settings" menu, click on "CRM Settings."

4. On the "CRM Settings" page, find and click on "Module Management."

5. Within "Module Management," click on "Module Layouts & Fields."

6. Click on this option "Select module"

7. From the list of available modules, select "Survey."

8. Look for an option like "Select Picklist Value". Click on it and then choose the specific survey you wish to edit from the displayed list.

• If certain questions appear greyed out, they are not configured to appear in the selected survey.
• To edit a greyed-out question:
• Switch to the survey where that question is active.
• Once the correct survey is selected, the question becomes editable for modification.

Verification / Expected Result
• Survey questions and fields are updated based on your changes.
• Greyed-out questions only become editable when viewed under the correct survey.
• Updated surveys reflect new configurations in CRM.

• Can’t find survey: Ensure you selected the correct module and picklist.
