📘 Instructions
Go to IQ-->Reports-->Claims by Patient
You can attach the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) by clicking the paper icon next to the claim or by selecting multiple claims at once and then clicking the "Add EOB" icon on the top left of the Claims By Patient screen.
Drag and Drop the EOB and Click Save
4. After the claim is successfully attached, you will see a number on the Paper Icon depicting the number of EOBs you have uploaded to the specific Claim
