Overview

The PAA Complete - Send for Approval checkbox is used to initiate the workflow that routes a PAA (Pre-Admission Assessment) for approval. Once selected, the system triggers the Send PAA for Approval workflow, ensuring the PAA is sent to the designated recipient.

Why It Matters

Use this option when you’ve finalized a PAA and are ready to send it for review and approval. This ensures the assessment moves forward without delay and is visible to the right approvers.

How It Works

  • Navigate to the record where the PAA is stored.

  • Locate the checkbox labeled PAA Complete - Send for Approval.

  • Click the checkbox to mark the PAA as complete and ready for approval.

  • Recipients are determined by your organization’s approval setup and workflow rules.

  • Only check this box once the assessment is ready for submission.
