This step-by-step guide will show you exactly how to version multiple Pre Assessment Types at once. Versioning enables you to create new and updated variants of Pre-Assessment forms, ensuring seamless transitions for ongoing patient intakes. This is a popular request we receive when Treatment Facilities would like to segregate their pre-admission assessment into two different forms, for example, Medical Questions separated from Substance Abuse questions.
