Dazos CRM – KIPU Integration
Question:
If a customer uses DocuSign, does the signed document automatically push to KIPU without being manually uploaded as a document?
Answer:
Not currently.
At this time, DocuSign documents do not automatically sync or push to KIPU. Any DocuSign-signed files must be manually uploaded into the CRM or attached to the corresponding KIPU record.
Additional Notes:
The KIPU integration currently supports data and document syncing only for files explicitly uploaded into Dazos CRM.
Automatic DocuSign → KIPU synchronization is not yet available, but may be considered for future integration enhancements.
User Case:
A customer utilizing DocuSign for patient form signatures wanted to confirm whether completed forms automatically transfer to KIPU. The integration currently requires manual upload of the signed document into Dazos CRM for it to sync to KIPU.
