KIPU Bedboard Automatic Updates After Initial Setup (CRM)

Overview This FAQ addresses common questions about how KIPU bedboard updates sync with Dazos after the initial manual setup.

Q: After configuring the bedboards, do updates in KIPU sync automatically to Dazos?

A: Yes. After the initial manual import, bedboard updates in KIPU sync automatically to Dazos through daily cron jobs that handle:

  • KIPU opportunity updates

  • Bed unassign updates

These automated processes keep KIPU and Dazos bedboards in sync without manual intervention.

Q: Do I still need to complete the initial manual import?

A: Yes. The initial manual import must be completed before automatic syncing begins.

  1. Go to Admissions β†’ Bedboards and switch to List View

  2. In the top right picklist, select Beds from KIPU and click Import

  3. After it loads, switch back to Graph View to see the synced bedboard

Q: What are the requirements for bedboard sync to work?

A: The following must be in place before sync can function:

  • Your CRM must be connected to KIPU

  • KIPU's Occupancy setup (buildings) must be enabled correctly

  • The initial manual import must be completed successfully

πŸ’‘ Tip: If the import doesn't work, verify that your KIPU Occupancy module is
