Before You Begin
Before starting the export process, make sure you have:
Access to your Kipu CRM account with appropriate permissions to export data.
Identified the records or pipeline you want to export (e.g., active, incomplete, or by date).
A secure location to save the exported CSV file.
Steps
Log in to your Kipu CRM instance.
From the main menu, click “CRM.”
Select “Pipeline.”
Make sure the “Viewing Active.” toggle is on.
Then, verify with the customer if the “Viewing Incomplete.” records are needed
Right-click anywhere inside the table to get the pop-up menu.
Select “Export.”
Finally, click “Export to CSV.”
💡 Tip: Save the CSV file to a secure and accessible location for your migration team.
Expected Result
Once the export is complete, a CSV file containing the selected records should be downloaded to your device.
Open the file to confirm all expected columns and data are included.
Check for accuracy before importing the data into your new system.
Common Errors
Missing Export Option: Ensure your user role has export permissions enabled.
Incomplete Data: Double-check your pipeline view filters to ensure all records are visible before exporting.
File Not Downloading: Try clearing your browser cache or using an alternative browser.
