Before You Begin
Administrator access to CRM Settings
KIPU EMR integration configured and active
Identify which specific fields are not syncing to KIPU
Have the dropdown values from KIPU ready for picklist field creation
Steps
In Dazos CRM, navigate to Settings → CRM Settings → Integrations → EMR Settings → KIPU tab.
Review the KIPU Field Mapping section to identify which fields are missing or incorrectly mapped.
For dropdown fields like Relationship and Contact Type, create new picklist fields in your CRM:
Use the specific values that match your KIPU EMR dropdown options
Ensure picklist values align exactly with KIPU's field options
In the KIPU Field Mapping section, configure the following:
Map the State field to the corresponding KIPU state field
Map Related Contact fields (last name, Contact Type, Relationship) to their respective KIPU fields
Ensure all newly created picklist fields are properly mapped.
Click Save to apply all mapping changes.
Verification / Expected Result
After completing the mapping, test with a sample record and confirm:
State field data appears correctly in KIPU client information
Related Contact information (last name, Contact Type, Relationship) transfers properly to KIPU
All mapped fields display correctly in the EMR

Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Fields still not syncing after mapping:
Verify picklist values match exactly between the CRM and KIPU — even minor differences will prevent data transfer
Partial data transfer:
Check that all required fields in the mapping chain are properly configured
Mapping options missing:
Confirm you have administrator permissions and the KIPU integration is active
