How do I map my Google Click ID from Call Tracking Metrics(CTM) to the Dazos CRM

Updated over 3 months ago

This guide will walk you through the steps to activate GCLID (Google Click Identifier) so that leads from your CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) campaigns, powered by Google Ads, can be properly mapped and tracked within Dazos CRM.

1. Access Your CRM Instance

Navigate to your specific CRM login page and enter your credentials to access it.

2. Navigate to Settings

After logging in, locate and click on the "Settings" option.
This option is usually found in the main navigation panel on the left side of your CRM.

3. Access CRM Settings

In the Settings menu, click on "CRM Settings"
This section gives you complete control over your CRM's Management

4. Access "Integration"

In the CRM Settings screen, click on "Integration"

5. Access "VOIP Settings" within the dropdown menu

6. Select "CTM"

In the Integrations page, click on "CTM" and confirm you are in the CTM Settings
Then Select "Map Webform Fields"

7. Search and select GCLID in the Response Values

In the "Lead Fields" search and select GCLID
In the "CTM Field" search and select GCLID
Then click on "Save"

After completing these instructions, you will allow that the GCLID data is captured in Dazos, allowing for a more accurate understanding of your marketing attribution and enabling integrations like CTM / Zapier to push conversion data

We hope this guide has provided a clear and seamless process for activating GCLID to enable mapping leads from CTM / Google adds to Dazos CRM.
