Properly configuring your calendar's timezone and timestamp format is essential for ensuring that all appointments, deadlines, and logged activities appear correctly according to your local time. An incorrect timezone can cause events to display at the wrong time, leading to missed meetings and confusion. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access your calendar settings to update your personal timezone and choose your preferred time display format.

1. Navigate to the client's instance.

2. Inside of client's instance, We're going to drop down the settings menu.

3. We're going to drop down the settings menu, then go inside CRM settings.

4. Inside "CRM settings". We need to open the "My Preferences" option inside Settings.

5. Then choose the option that says calendar settings.

6. Inside of calendar settings, we will see all the presets of the calendar configuration. There's. We need to choose Edit.

7. Inside of edit, we have the capability to change the time zone, even the date, format, and all related to the time stamp and time. Inside Dazos, then just hit save, and that's going to fix the time issue within the different clients.
