Overview
Dazos CRM currently displays timestamps in 24-hour (military) time format. There is no built-in setting to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time display. This article explains what time-related settings are available and what to do if you'd like to request a change.
What Time Settings Are Currently Configurable
In Dazos CRM, users can configure the following time-related preferences through Calendar Settings:
Timezone — Set your local timezone so that events and appointments display correctly for your location.
Date Format — Choose how dates are displayed (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY).
These settings are managed at the individual user level and do not affect other users on the same account.
12-Hour vs. 24-Hour Time Format — Not Currently Configurable
At this time, there is no setting in Dazos CRM to switch timestamps from 24-hour (military) time to 12-hour format. This applies system-wide, including dashboards, activity logs, and calendar views. The 24-hour format is the default behavior based on the current configuration options available in the platform.
⚠️ Note: This option is not located in Customize Theme Settings or any other area of the CRM. It is simply not a feature that exists at this time.
How to Find Calendar Settings
To access and update the time-related settings that are available (timezone and date format), follow these steps:
Log in to your Dazos CRM instance.
Click Settings in the main menu.
Select CRM Settings.
Open My Preferences.
Click Calendar Settings.
Click Edit to update your timezone or date format.
Click Save when done.
Submitting a Feature Request
If you or your organization would like 12-hour time display as a configurable option, you can submit this as a feature request to the Dazos product team. To help the team prioritize and implement it effectively, please include the following details in your request:
The specific field, dashboard, or area of the CRM where the time appears in military format
Your preference for 12-hour time display instead of 24-hour format
That this would ideally be a user-level setting so individual users can choose their preference
💡 Tip: Submit feature requests through the Dazos Support chat messenger — the same place you'd contact support for help.
