How to Enable the iVerify Automation Report in your (CRM)

This guide shows you how to enable and configure the iVerify automation report in your CRM, set up report recipients, and view generated reports.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have access to your CRM with admin/configuration privileges.

  • Have the email addresses ready for users who should receive the report.

Steps

  1. Access Your CRM - Log in with your admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to CRM Settings

  3. Go to Configuration - Search for "configuration" and select it. then in the drop down menu, find and open the "Notification Settings" section. - Click on "Edit".

  4. Edit Automation Report Email - Scroll down to find the section for editing the iVerify automation report email.


    - Add the desired email addresses to receive the report. You can add multiple addresses, then press "Save" to confirm your changes.

  5. Configure iVerify Settings - Still in Configuration Settings, find and go to "iVerify Settings".


    - Press "Edit".


    - Enable the "iVerify Automation" option. - Set the report frequency, select the dates of the month, and choose the time to send the report. - Press "Save" after making changes.

  6. Review Report Generation - Still in the "iVerify Settings".

    Open the "iVerify Automation Report Log"


    - In the "iVerify Automation Log" for today, you can: - Select the date range to filter reports. - Search for reports by specific date. - Click "View" to see report details.

Verification / Expected Result

  • The indicated email addresses receive the iVerify automation report on the schedule you set.

  • You can view report logs and details in the iVerify settings panel.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors

  • Not receiving reports: Double-check the email addresses entered, and ensure the automation is enabled and saved.

  • No reports showing in logs: Verify that the automation ran on the scheduled date and that your date filters are correct.
