Before You Begin
Ensure you have access to your Dazos CRM with administrative or configuration privileges.
Steps
Access CRM Settings: Log in to your Dazos CRM instance and navigate to CRM Settings.
Go to Configuration: In the CRM Settings menu, locate and click on Configuration.
Open iVerify Settings: Within the Configuration section, find and select iVerify Settings.
Access Report Log: Look for the "iVerify Automation Report Log" button and click it to open the credit usage reports.
View Usage Details: In the iVerify Automation Report Log, you can:
Verification / Expected Result
You should be able to see detailed reports showing exactly how many iVerify credits were consumed from each automation run. The reports will display usage history organized by date and automation activity.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Cannot find iVerify Settings: Ensure you have the proper administrative permissions to access Configuration settings in your CRM.
No reports showing: Verify that iVerify automation has been enabled and that credits have been used. Reports will only display for periods when automation actually ran.
