1. Check Treatment Program Mapping
Verify that each user is mapped to only the treatment programs they should access:
Review the user's Treatment Program assignments in the system
Ensure no unauthorized programs are included in their mapping
Remove access to any programs belonging to other entities
2. Configure Entity Separation Settings
For complete data separation between entities:
Verify entity-specific permission configurations
Ensure treatment program access is restricted to authorized records only
Test by searching for opportunities across unauthorized treatment programs to confirm restrictions work
3. Refresh List Views and Clear Cache

Log out of Dazos completely
Clear browser cookies and cache
