Talk Further Integration Field Mapping Limitations (CRM)

The Talk Further integration with Dazos CRM allows data to sync between systems, but has limitations on field mapping, so some changes may need to be handled outside the integration.

Integration Capabilities

The Dazos CRM Talk Further integration provides the following functionality:

  • Token Generation: Dazos generates an authentication token for Talk Further to use when sending information

  • Data Reception: Dazos can receive data sent from Talk Further through the integration


  • Basic Data Transfer: Information flows from Talk Further into designated fields in the CRM

Field Mapping Limitations

⚠️ Important: Dazos CRM does not support field mapping features for the Talk Further integration.

This means:

  • Field mapping configuration cannot be done within Dazos CRM settings

  • Custom field assignments must be handled on the Talk Further side

  • Data formatting and field targeting are controlled by Talk Further's configuration

Where to Configure Field Mapping

Since Dazos CRM doesn't provide field mapping tools for this integration, any field mapping requirements should be addressed within the Talk Further system or with Talk Further support.

The Talk Further team can configure:

  • Which fields receive data from their system

  • How data is formatted before sending to Dazos

  • Which Dazos CRM fields should be populated
