You must have Administrator permissions in your Dazos CRM instance
Your CTM integration must already be configured and functioning
Understand that making this field read-only will prevent all manual editing by users

When contacting support, clearly state: "Please make the Lead Source field read-only to prevent manual modifications that overwrite CTM attribution data."Provide Context
Explain that you want to maintain accurate lead source attribution from CTM while preventing your admissions team from manually updating these values.Wait for Confirmation
Support will confirm when the field has been set to read-only status.
Verification / Expected Result
After the change is implemented:
Users will no longer be able to manually edit the Lead Source field
CTM will continue to automatically populate and update lead source information
Lead source attribution data will remain accurate and consistent
The field will appear grayed out or disabled in the CRM interface
