How to Hide Fields and Set Default Values in iVerify iFrame (CRM)

You can hide non-mandatory fields in iVerify iFrame by setting default values for them in the iFrame configuration settings. This allows you to streamline the patient experience while ensuring required data is still captured.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have access to your iVerify iFrame configuration settings in your Dazos account.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your iVerify iFrame configuration settings.

  2. Locate the field you want to hide (such as BD Rep, Intake Stage, or other fields).

  3. Select a default value for that field from the dropdown menu or input a default value.

  4. Save your configuration changes.

  5. Test your iFrame to confirm the field is now hidden from the patient-facing form.

Expected Result

Once you set a default value for a field, it will be hidden from the patient form but will still submit the default value you specified when the form is completed.

Common Use Cases

  • BD Rep field: Set a default BD Rep to hide this field from patients

  • Intake Stage: Set a default intake stage to streamline the process

  • Admissions Date: Set a default date (such as a week from the present day) to hide this field

πŸ’‘ Tips

This method works for any field in the iVerify iFrame configuration - both mandatory and non-mandatory fields can be hidden by setting appropriate default values.
