Overview
The iVerify iFrame is designed to replicate the same functionality as the Submit New Lead screen inside the iVerify module. When a patient submits the iFrame form, the system should automatically create an Instant VOB, verify the policy, and transfer insurance information into the CRM — exactly as the manual Submit New Lead process does.
If you are testing the iFrame and find that it creates an Account and Intake Opportunity but does not complete the VOB or transfer insurance data, this is not expected behavior. It indicates a configuration issue that needs to be investigated.
What Should Happen When a Patient Submits the iVerify iFrame
A correctly configured iVerify iFrame submission should:
Create an Account (patient file)
Create an Intake Opportunity (episode of care)
Run the Instant VOB automatically
Verify the patient's insurance policy
Transfer insurance information into the CRM record
This mirrors what happens when a staff member manually uses the Submit New Lead function inside iVerify and clicks Save and iVerify.
What Is Not Expected Behavior
The following outcomes indicate something is wrong with your iVerify iFrame configuration and should be investigated:
An Account and Intake Opportunity are created, but no VOB is completed
Insurance information entered in the form does not transfer to the CRM record
The policy is not verified after submission
⚠️ Important: If you are seeing these symptoms, do not assume this is by design. This behavior indicates a configuration problem that requires review.
Common Configuration Issues to Check
If your iVerify iFrame is not completing the VOB or transferring insurance data, review the following:
iVerify iFrame field mapping: Confirm that standard CRM fields are being used for insurance data (such as Insurance Provider and Member ID). Custom text fields will not integrate correctly with the VOB workflow.
iVerify settings: Verify that the iFrame is configured to trigger the Instant VOB on submission, consistent with the Submit New Lead workflow.
Domain authorization: Ensure the domain hosting the iFrame is authorized under Settings > CRM Settings > Integrations > iVerify iFrame Settings.
When to Contact Support
If you have reviewed your configuration and the iVerify iFrame is still not completing the VOB or transferring insurance information correctly, contact Dazos Support. When reaching out, be prepared to share:
A description of what is and is not happening when the form is submitted
Screenshots or a screen recording of the test submission and resulting CRM record
Your current iVerify iFrame field mapping configuration
💡 Tip: The fastest way to diagnose this issue is to walk through a live test submission with a support team member so they can observe exactly where the process is breaking down.
