⚠️ Important: Text, picklist, and other non-numeric field types will not appear as options in the Calculations area, regardless of how they are configured.

Common Available Fields

Examples of fields that typically appear in the Calculations area:

  • Record Count

  • Probability

  • Private Pay Amount

  • Intake PTS

  • Length of Stay

How to Check a Field's Type

If a field you need (such as Win Rate or a custom field) does not appear in the Calculations area:

  1. Navigate to the field's configuration in your CRM settings

  2. Verify the field type is set to Integer or Decimal

  3. If the field is a text, picklist, or other non-numeric type, it will not be available for calculations.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you need a custom field to appear in Summary Chart calculations, ensure it is created as an Integer or Decimal field type from the start β€” changing field types after creation may affect existing data.
