How to Access Global Style Settings in iCampaign (iCampaign)

This guide will show you how to access Global Style Settings in iCampaign to customize color palettes and create custom templates for your email campaigns.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have access to the Dazos iCampaign platform

  • You must have permission to access Settings and Company Settings

Steps

  1. Log in to iCampaign
    Navigate to your Dazos iCampaign instance and log in to your account.

  2. Access Settings
    Click on the Settings option from the main navigation menu.

  3. Navigate to Company Settings
    Within the Settings menu, click on Company Settings.

  4. Open Global Style Settings
    Click on Global Style Settings to access the template styling options.

  5. Create a Custom Template (Required for Editing)
    ⚠️ Important: Out-of-the-box templates cannot be modified directly. To create editable templates, scroll down to the bottom of the Global Style Settings page and click "Add Global Style".

  6. Customize Your Style
    Once you create a custom global style, you can:

    • Click in the color boxes to select new colors

    • Adjust fonts and other styling elements

    • Apply changes across your templates

Verification / Expected Result

After creating a custom global style, you should be able to click on color boxes and modify styling elements. The custom template will appear in your available styles and can be applied to your email campaigns.

Troubleshooting / Common Errors

Cannot modify templates: This occurs when trying to edit out-of-the-box templates. You must create a custom global style first by clicking "Add Global Style" at the bottom of the page.

Global Style Settings not visible: Ensure you are following the correct navigation path: Settings → Company Settings → Global Style Settings.
