When you check your iCampaign subscribers, you may notice:
All synced subscribers appear under 'My Company' workspace
Individual workspaces show 0 subscribers
Subscribers are not properly distributed across their designated workspaces
Cause
This appears to be a technical issue with subscriber workspace distribution in iCampaign. The root cause requires backend investigation to determine whether it's related to sync configuration, workspace mapping, or data distribution logic.
Solution
This issue requires support team investigation and cannot be resolved through front-end configuration changes. Follow these steps:
Create a Support Ticket
Navigate to your support portal or contact your Dazos support team
Include your organization name and iCampaign instance details
Describe the issue: 'All synced subscribers showing under My Company instead of individual workspaces'
Provide Additional Details
Specify which workspaces should contain subscribers
Note when the issue was first noticed
Include any recent changes to workspace configuration or sync settings
Allow for Investigation
The support team will review your subscriber sync configuration
