How to sync referral sources and contacts from CRM to iCampaign (iCampaign)

This guide shows you how to sync referral sources and contacts from your CRM to iCampaign after they have been mapped. Even when fields are properly mapped, data won't appear in iCampaign until you run the sync process.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure your referral sources and contacts are already mapped in CRM iCampaign Mapping

  • Consider your iCampaign subscriber limits - if you have many leads, accounts, referral sources, and contacts but a low subscriber limit, clarify with your customer which contacts should be synced to avoid exceeding limits

  • Be prepared to wait - sync can take several minutes for large amounts of data

Steps

  1. In your CRM, navigate to Settings

  2. Select CRM Settings

  3. In the right-hand navigation, click Configuration

  4. Select CRM iCampaign Mapping

  5. Click Sync Records


  6. If prompted, enable iCampaign Subscriber sync (recommended for most implementations)

Verification / Expected Result

After running the sync, your mapped referral sources and contacts should appear in iCampaign. Note that the sync process may take several minutes to complete, especially for large datasets.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Data still not appearing: Wait a few minutes for the sync to complete, especially with large amounts of data

  • Subscriber limit concerns: Review which contacts you want to sync before running the process to avoid exceeding your iCampaign subscriber limits

  • Sync fails or times out: Contact Dazos Support for assistance with large data sync issues
