How to Import Billing Data from Unsupported Platforms (Zealie) for IQ Marketing Reports (IQ)

For billing platforms without direct Dazos IQ integration (like Zealie), you can manually import billing data by downloading it as a CSV and working with our development team to get it into IQ for Marketing Reports.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have:

  • Access to your billing platform to export data

  • Ability to download CSV files from your billing system

  • Access to the Dazos data entry Slack channel (or contact your Dazos representative)

Steps

  1. Export your billing data: Log into your billing platform (Zealie or other unsupported system) and download a CSV export of your billing data. Include charges, claims, and payments data if available.

  2. Access the dazos-data-entry Slack channel: Navigate to the dazos-data-entry Slack channel in your organization's Slack workspace.

  3. Request data import assistance: Post a message in the channel asking Aarti to help create the reports for your facility. Include the following information:

    • Your facility name

    • The billing platform you're using (e.g., Zealie)

    • That you need help with IQ Marketing Reports data import

  4. Share your CSV file: Upload or share your billing data CSV file in the Slack channel for the development team to process.

  5. Wait for processing: Aarti and the development team will handle the data import process and let you know when it's complete.

Expected Result

Once the manual import is complete, your billing data will be available in Dazos IQ Marketing Reports. You'll be able to view revenue tracking, referral quality insights, and ROI analysis just like customers with direct billing integrations.

💡 Tips & Notes

  • Manual process: This is currently a manual workaround while more advanced integrations are being developed for newer billing platforms.

  • Processing time: Allow time for the development team to process your data import request.

  • Data quality: Ensure your CSV export includes all the billing data you want to analyze in your Marketing Reports.
