Steps
Step 1 — Create a VOB Folder in the Documents Module

Create a new folder named "VOB".
Step 2 — Map the VOB Folder to KIPU
Go to EMR Settings
Locate the folder mapping configuration
Map the VOB folder to the desired KIPU section (e.g., Financial)
Save the mapping configuration
Step 3 — Upload VOB Documents
Navigate to the patient record in the Patients module
Access the Documents section
Upload all VOB PDFs into the VOB folder
Verification / Expected Result
When you push a patient to KIPU EMR, documents stored in the VOB folder will automatically transfer to the mapped KIPU section (Financial) based on your folder mapping configuration.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
VOB option not appearing as a folder choice in mapping:
The VOB folder has not been created yet in the Documents module
Complete Step 1 first, then return to the folder mapping configuration
⚠️ Note: Only documents placed in mapped folders will be transferred to KIPU EMR. Always confirm VOB documents are uploaded to the correct folder before pushing a patient.
💡 Tip: The folder must exist in the Documents module before it can be mapped in EMR Settings. Always complete Step 1 before Step 2.
