Before You Begin
β οΈ Important Access Requirement: Only admin users can access Billing CRM integration settings. Regular admin users cannot configure this integration.

Ensure the following prerequisites are completed before requesting integration setup:
Both CRM instances must be on the same database
VOB forms must have identical fields and layout on both CRMs
Organization record must be added to Billing CRM
Steps
1. Verify Prerequisites
Contact Leandro to confirm both instances are on the same database host. This is required for the integration to function properly.

π‘ Tip: If instances are on different databases, the integration settings may appear but will not work correctly.

2. Ensure VOB Form Consistency
Compare VOB forms between your regular CRM and Billing CRM instances to confirm:
All fields are identical
Field layouts match exactly
No custom field differences exist
3. Add Organization to Billing CRM
Create the organization record in your Billing CRM instance before attempting integration setup.

4. Submit Integration Request
Since this is a configuration task (not development), submit your request through Product Support rather than creating a development ticket.

Include the following information in your request:
Customer name and instance identifier
Confirmation from Leandro that both instances share a database
Confirmation that VOB forms are identical
Confirmation that the Organization record has been added to Billing CRM
Verification / Expected Result
After Product Support enables the integration:
Sysadmin users can access Billing CRM integration settings
Integration configuration options become available in the regular CRM instance (not admin instance)
Data can sync between the regular CRM and Billing CRM
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Cannot see integration settings:
Verify you're accessing from the regular CRM instance, not the admin instance
Confirm your user account has sysadmin privileges
Contact Product Support if settings are still not visible
Integration not working properly:
Verify both instances are on the same database
Check that VOB forms are identical between instances
Ensure organization exists in Billing CRM
