How to Activate Field Mapping in CRM iCampaign Mapping (CRM)

If you can't see the field mapping sections when you navigate to CRM iCampaign Mapping, you need to activate the mapping interface first. This simple step will make all the mapping dropdowns and options visible.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to the CRM iCampaign Mapping section in your Dazos account.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the CRM iCampaign Mapping section in your Dazos account.

  2. Look for the Activate button in the top right corner of the screen.


    NOTE: If activation has already been completed, the system will display a "Deactivate" button.
    ​

  3. Click the Activate button.

Expected Result

After clicking Activate, the field mapping sections and dropdown menus will appear, allowing you to configure your field mappings between CRM and iCampaign.

Troubleshooting

If you still don't see the mapping options after clicking Activate, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
