Before You Begin
Confirm you have access to the dashboards you want to update
Note that "My Dashboard" typically maintains correct date ranges and may not require updates
This process must be completed for each dashboard individually
Steps
Navigate to the dashboard showing the incorrect date range.
Locate the DATE on the dashboard and click it to open the dashboard settings.
Locate the date range settings within the configuration options.
Update the date range to reflect the current month (e.g., March 1, 2026 β March 31, 2026).
Click Save to apply your changes.
Repeat this process for any other dashboards showing incorrect default dates.
Verification / Expected Result
After updating, the dashboard will display the correct current month date range by default, with data aligned to the current time period.
Tips & Notes
π‘ Tip: Even when a dashboard shows an incorrect year (e.g., March 2025), the actual data displayed may still be from the current month. Updating the date range ensures both the display and the data are fully aligned.
β οΈ Note: This issue may affect multiple dashboards across your account. Check and update each dashboard individually to ensure all date ranges are correct.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Date range still showing incorrectly after saving:
Confirm the changes were saved successfully
Refresh the page and check if the update is reflected
Contact Dazos Support if the issue persists, and include the specific dashboards affected and your account instance URL
