Before You Begin
Administrative access to CRM Settings in your Dazos account
Knowledge of which sales stages are missing for affected users
Understanding of which user roles need access to the missing values
Steps
Navigate to Picklist Field Values: Go to Settings → CRM Settings → Module Management → Picklist Field Values.
Select the Intake Opportunities Module: From the "Select Module" dropdown, choose "Intake Opportunities".
Find the Sales Stage Picklist: In the "Select Picklist" dropdown, locate and select "Intake Ops - Sales Stage".
Review Existing Values: You'll see a list of all sales stage values. Look for the missing stages like 'admitted' and 'pending VOB'.
Add Missing Values: If the stages don't exist, click "Add Value" and enter the missing stage names (e.g., "admitted", "pending VOB").
Assign Role Permissions: For each missing value, ensure the appropriate user roles are selected in the "Assign Role" section. Check the boxes next to all roles that need access to these stages.
Click on the Value Text: After adding or modifying values, click directly on the text of each value you've changed. This step is crucial for the system to recognize the changes.
Save Your Changes: Click "Save" to apply all modifications to the picklist.
Verification / Expected Result
After completing these steps:
The missing sales stages will appear in the dropdown menus for users with the assigned roles
Representatives will be able to select values like 'admitted' and 'pending VOB' in their sales pipeline
All affected user roles will have access to the restored values
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
Values still not appearing: Ensure you clicked on the actual text of each value before saving
Users still can't see stages: Double-check that the correct roles are assigned to each picklist value
Changes not taking effect: Have users refresh their browser or clear their cache after changes are saved
⚠️ Important: This issue commonly occurs when changes are made to the base instance that affect newer customer instances. Always verify role assignments when sales stages go missing.
