Symptom/Error
You may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
Report exports download with far fewer records than the full dataset (e.g., 200 records instead of 15,000)
No error message appears - the file simply downloads with incomplete data
When sorting columns in the report view, the record count drops to match the small export number
Previously, working weekly exports suddenly returned minimal data
Cause
Recent system updates have changed how certain report filters work. Filters that previously accepted partial text values may now require selecting from dropdown menus instead.
When old filter values are no longer recognized by the updated system, they act as restrictive filters that dramatically reduce your results, even though they appear to still be configured in your report.
Solution
Check and update your report filters by following these steps:
Navigate to your problematic report in the Reports section
Review all active filters, paying special attention to:
"Lead Source contains" filters
Any filters using partial text values
Filters that were set up before recent system updates
Look for filters with partial values that may no longer be valid
Remove or update invalid filters:
Delete filters with unrecognized partial values
For "contains" filters, select values from the dropdown instead of typing partial text
Update any filters that now require dropdown selections
Save the updated report
Test the export to confirm full data is now included
Verification / Expected Result
After updating your filters, you should see:
The full record count is displayed in the report view
Complete data sets when exporting as Excel or CSV
Record counts that match your expected dataset size
Consistent results when sorting columns in the report

Contact Dazos Support if:
You continue to get incomplete exports after reviewing and updating filters
You're unsure which filters might be causing the issue
The report worked previously but you can't identify what changed
When contacting support, provide:
Specific report names affected
Expected vs. actual record counts
Screenshots of your current filter configuration
Information about when the issue first started
