How Dazos Support Works: Chat and Scheduled Zoom Calls (No Live Phone Support) (CRM)

Overview Dazos does not offer live phone support — not during business hours and not after hours. All customer support is handled through two channels: the in-app Support Messenger (chat) and scheduled Zoom calls.

⚠️ Important: Phone numbers that appear on the Dazos public website are not staffed for live support calls. Customers should not be directed to call those numbers for assistance.

Why This Matters

Staff and customers sometimes assume that a phone number listed on a public website means live phone support is available. This is not the case at Dazos. Sharing those numbers as a support contact can create confusion and unmet expectations for customers seeking help.

How to Get Support

Option 1: In-App Support Messenger (Chat)

The primary support channel is the Dazos Support Messenger, accessible from within the Dazos app. Customers can use this to:

  • Ask questions and get instant answers from Fin, the AI support assistant

  • Escalate to a live support agent via chat when needed

  • Submit, track, and manage support tickets

💡 Tip: The Support Messenger is available from any page inside the Dazos app. Look for the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of the interface.

Option 2: Scheduled Zoom Calls

If a customer needs to speak with someone directly, support sessions are conducted via scheduled Zoom calls. These are not on-demand — they must be arranged in advance through the Support Messenger or with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

What Is Not Available

  • ❌ Live inbound phone support (during or after business hours)

  • ❌ An after-hours phone line

  • ❌ Walk-in or real-time phone queues

Tips & Notes

⚠️ Do not share the phone numbers from the Dazos public website as support contact numbers. Those numbers are not monitored for live support calls and directing customers there will not result in assistance.

💡 For the fastest response, customers should always use the in-app Support Messenger. From there, they can chat with Fin, request a live agent, or submit a support ticket.
