Overview
Dazos CRM does not offer a single bulk export of your entire tenant's data from the UI. Instead, data must be exported module by module using the built-in export functionality available within each module. This guide explains how to approach a full CRM data export and where to get help if needed.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have the appropriate user permissions to access and export data from the modules you need.
Identify which modules contain the data you want to export (e.g., Accounts, Intake Opportunities, Contacts).
If you are unsure which modules to prioritize, contact Dazos Support via the in-app Support Messenger — a support agent can assist you through the process.
⚠️ Important: There is no single full-tenant bulk export option available from the Dazos CRM UI. All data exports must be completed on a per-module basis.
How to Export Data from a CRM Module
Log in to your Dazos CRM tenant.
Navigate to the module you want to export (for example, Accounts, Intake Opportunities, or Contacts).
Open the module's list view to ensure all relevant records are visible.
Apply any filters needed to scope the records you want to export.
Locate the Export option within the module. This is typically found in the module toolbar or via an action menu (look for a download or export icon).
Select your preferred export format (e.g., CSV or Excel) and confirm the export.
Save the downloaded file to your local drive.
Repeat these steps for each module you need to export.
📸 Screenshots for each module's export button will vary. Use Scribe to capture the specific steps for your tenant if needed.
Getting Help with Your Export
If you need assistance identifying which modules to export or guidance walking through the process, Dazos Support is available to help. A support agent can join a scheduled Zoom session to walk through the export with you step by step.
Contact support via the in-app Support Messenger (the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of the Dazos app).
Request a scheduled Zoom call if you prefer a live walkthrough.
Access the Support Messenger from the bottom-right corner of any page in the Dazos app.
A Note on Phone Support
⚠️ Dazos does not offer live phone support. Phone numbers that may appear on the Dazos public website are not staffed for live support calls and should not be used to reach the support team.
All support is handled through the following channels only:
In-app Support Messenger (chat) — the fastest way to reach support or get an answer from Fin, our AI assistant
Scheduled Zoom calls — arranged in advance through the Support Messenger or your Customer Success Manager (CSM)
💡 Tip: For the fastest response, always use the in-app Support Messenger. You can chat with Fin, escalate to a live agent, or submit a support ticket — all from within the Dazos app.
