Overview
This guide explains how to integrate Facebook Messenger with Dazos CRM. By completing this setup, you can centralize lead and client conversations from Facebook directly within the CRM, improving response times and ensuring all communication history is captured in one place.
Before You Begin
• Admin access to Dazos CRM
• A valid Facebook Business Page with Messenger enabled
• Facebook login credentials with permissions to manage the page
Steps
1. Access the CRM: Navigate to your organization’s Dazos CRM link in your preferred web browser.
2. Open the Settings Panel: Click on “Settings”, located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Go to CRM Settings: From the list of options, select “CRM Settings” to access the configuration dashboard.
4. Search for Facebook Settings: Use the “Search Settings” input field at the top of the page.
5. Type “Facebook”: Begin typing “Facebook” to filter the available settings.
6. Open Facebook Settings: From the search results, click on “Facebook Settings” to configure the integration options.
7. Enable the Feature: Toggle the “Enable Facebook?” option to activate the feature.
8. Assign Access by Role: Click on the “Select Roles” field and choose which user roles should have access to the Facebook Messenger module.
9. Or Assign by User Group: Alternatively, use the “Select User Group” option to restrict access to a specific group of users.
10. Save Your Configuration: Once your selections are made, click on “Save” to apply the changes.
11. Open the Facebook Messenger Module: After saving, a new module titled “Facebook Messenger” will appear in your left-hand navigation menu.
12. Complete Facebook Integration: Click on “Continue with Facebook”, and follow the prompts to log in and authorize access. Complete the integration process by granting the necessary permissions to link your business page and messaging features.
Verification / Expected Result
• The Facebook Messenger module appears in the CRM navigation panel.
• Authorized users can send and receive Facebook messages directly within Dazos CRM.
• Conversations are tracked and stored in CRM for follow-up.
Troubleshooting / Common Errors
• No “Facebook Settings” Found: Verify that your CRM permissions include integration settings.
