Facebook Messenger Integration
The Facebook Messenger integration allows you to manage Facebook messages directly through the Dazos UI. This integration is designed for customer communication and messaging workflows.
What it does:
Connects your Facebook business page to Dazos
Allows you to receive Facebook Messenger messages in Dazos
Enables you to reply to messages through the Dazos interface
Centralizes your messaging in one platform
What it doesn't do:
Does not capture leads from Facebook Lead Ads
Does not automatically import lead form submissions
Meta Lead Ads Integration
Meta Lead Ads are a separate Facebook advertising feature that captures lead information through forms. These leads require a different integration approach.
How to integrate Meta Lead Ads:
Dazos does not have native Meta Lead Ads integration
You need to use a third-party tool like Zapier
Set up: Facebook Lead Ads → Zapier → Dazos CRM
This automatically imports lead submissions into your Dazos CRM
