Dazos CRM – Meta Integration

Question:

Can a customer integrate their Meta (Facebook) Ads and Business Page Messaging with Dazos CRM?
What are the steps or tools required to enable this integration?

Answer:

Yes — partial integration with Meta is available:

  • Facebook Messenger:
Dazos CRM includes a direct integration with Facebook Messenger. This allows users to receive and reply to incoming messages from their Facebook business page directly within the CRM.

  • Facebook Ads:
Direct ad integration (e.g., capturing leads from Facebook Ads) is not currently native in Dazos CRM. However, it can be achieved using Zapier or a similar third-party automation tool.

Setup Overview:

For Messaging:

  1. Go to CRM Settings → Integrations → Facebook Messenger.

  2. Authenticate with the Facebook Business Page credentials.

  3. Grant permission for message access.

  4. Once connected, incoming messages will sync directly into the CRM.

For Ads (via Zapier):

  1. Create a Zapier account (if not already available).

  2. Set up a Facebook Lead Ads → Dazos CRM Zap.

  3. Map the desired fields (e.g., name, phone, email) to CRM lead fields.

  4. Test and activate the Zap to begin syncing ad leads automatically.
