Facebook Messenger:
Dazos CRM includes a direct integration with Facebook Messenger. This allows users to receive and reply to incoming messages from their Facebook business page directly within the CRM.Facebook Ads:
Direct ad integration (e.g., capturing leads from Facebook Ads) is not currently native in Dazos CRM. However, it can be achieved using Zapier or a similar third-party automation tool.
Setup Overview:
For Messaging:
Go to CRM Settings → Integrations → Facebook Messenger.
Authenticate with the Facebook Business Page credentials.
Grant permission for message access.
Once connected, incoming messages will sync directly into the CRM.
For Ads (via Zapier):
Create a Zapier account (if not already available).
Set up a Facebook Lead Ads → Dazos CRM Zap.
