Symptom / Error
Users attempting to log in to their Dazos CRM instance encounter a blank white screen instead of the dashboard. The issue:
Affects multiple users simultaneously within the same organization
Persists across different devices and browsers
Occurs specifically when users attempt to log in using the Sign in with Google SSO button
Does not affect admin-level access via impersonation or direct admin login
Cause
This issue is related to Google Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. When SSO encounters a problem during the login flow, it can cause the browser to display a blank white screen rather than loading the CRM dashboard. Standard username and password login is not affected.
Solution
Use the following workaround to restore user access immediately. An admin can reset the affected user's password and have them log in with their username and password instead of the Google SSO button.
Option 1: Reset the User's Password (Admin Workaround)
Log in to Dazos CRM using your admin account.
Navigate to CRM Settings → Manage Users.
Search for and locate the affected user.
Click the Info icon to the left of the user and select Send Reset Link to trigger a password reset email, or manually reset their password if you have that capability.
Ask the user to check their inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
Instruct the user to log in using their username and password directly — not the Sign in with Google button.

Option 2: Disable SSO for the Affected User (Rollback from SSO)
Navigate to the user management section in your Dazos admin account.
Locate the specific user profile.
Click the More actions menu on the user profile.
Select Rollback From SSO for that user.
The user can now log in directly using their Dazos username and password without being redirected to the Google SSO flow.
Locate the user profile and open the More actions menu.
Select Rollback From SSO to disable Google SSO for the individual user.
Confirm the SSO rollback action for the user.
Expected Result
After resetting the password or rolling back SSO, the affected user should be able to log in successfully using their username and password. The blank white screen will no longer appear. Other users in the organization are not affected by changes made to an individual account.
When to Contact Support
Contact Dazos Support if:
The blank white screen persists after resetting the password and bypassing the SSO button
All users across an organization are affected and individual resets do not resolve the issue
You are unable to access admin settings to reset user passwords or roll back SSO
The issue recurs repeatedly after applying the workaround
When contacting support, please provide:
The name(s) of the affected user(s)
Your CRM instance URL (e.g., https://yourinstance.dazoshealth.com)
A screenshot of the blank white screen if possible
Confirmation of whether the issue affects all users or specific accounts
⚠️ Note: This workaround bypasses Google SSO for the affected user. If your organization relies on SSO for all users, work with your IT team to investigate the underlying SSO configuration issue for a permanent resolution.
💡 Tip: Keep track of which users have had SSO disabled or rolled back so you can re-enable it once the root cause is resolved.
